ABOUT THE PROJECT
With increasingly tight competition within the marketplace and a rising demand for talent, there is a growing understanding that a brand must communicate not only with its customers – but also with its potential employees. Consequently, employer branding has become a significant issue that is on high demand.
Cellebrite is a technology and cyber company, whose extensive client base includes intelligence agencies, militaries and governments across the globe. The employer branding project we conducted for them highlights Cellebrite’s unique positioning as a workplace that offers meaning and added value to people’s lives everywhere. Cellebrie’s employees are literally contributing to the mission of saving the world at any given moment.
The visual language we designed was based on the brand strategy developed by Xtra-Mile. Together, we built an employer’s brand identity for one of the world’s largest, most interesting and challenging cyber companies.
