Established in Sydney, Australia in 2012, ECOHEADS is an award-winning brand transforming the professional salon experience through intelligent, environmentally conscious innovation. By combining functional water with precision chemistry, ECOHEADS creates the conditions for colour, tone, and treatments to perform at their highest potential—making every service more predictable, consistent, and extraordinary.

THE FLOW: Water is the foundation of every ECOHEADS experience. Inspired by its transformative movement, we developed The Flow: a visual concept capturing the precise moment when transformation begins. A continuous graphic language moves throughout the identity, expressing performance, precision, cleanliness, and movement. Across packaging, digital communication, and the salon environment, the system transforms water from a passive resource into an active performance tool.

Following the development of the visual identity for POD, ECOHEADS needed to redefine its role as the master brand and bring its technologies, products, and experiences together within one cohesive system. We evolved ECOHEADS from a technology-first professional brand into a more elevated and experience-led global brand, while preserving the innovation, performance, and environmental responsibility at its core. Our work included visual identity development, brand guidelines, website design, product packaging, communication and marketing assets.
